    Depending on your situation, a plan may include a Last Will and Testament, guardianship provisions for minor children, a Financial Power of Attorney, and an Advance Directive. More complex situations may call for additional planning. The consultation is designed to tell you what actually applies to you.

  • What if I do not have young children?

    Estate planning is not only for parents of young children. A will, power of attorney, and advance directive can still determine who manages your affairs and how decisions are made if you cannot make them yourself.

  • Why not use an online template?
